1. Eligibility
This website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 21 years of age (to reflect the nature of the industry). By using this website, you confirm you meet this requirement.

 

2. Nature of Services
The Cosmic Bar Co. provides mobile dry bar services for private events only. We do not hold a liquor license and do not sell, supply, or transport alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the client or a licensed third party.

3. Right to Refuse Service (RBS Compliance)
In accordance with California’s Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) standards, our staff reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any guest who:
Appears "obviously intoxicated”, is unable to provide a valid photo ID proving they are 21+ years of age or is acting in an aggressive or unsafe manner.

4. Client Responsibilities & Venue
The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows "dry hire" bar services and providing a safe, level area for service. Any required permits for the venue or event are the sole responsibility of the Client.

5. Quotes, Pricing & Estimates
All pricing provided via this website is an estimate. Final pricing is governed exclusively by a signed Service Agreement.

 

6. Payments & Chargeback Waiver
Payments are handled via invoicing. By paying a deposit, the Client waives the right to initiate a "chargeback" for non-refundable deposits or services already rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability & Safe Rides
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cosmic Bar Co. is not liable for damages arising from website use or guest behavior. The Client assumes all liability for guests once they leave the bar service area. The Cosmic Bar Co. is not responsible for guest transportation or "Safe Rides," though staff may assist in calling a ride-share as a courtesy.

 

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cosmic Bar Co. from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or the acts and omissions of your event guests.

 

9. Force Majeure
The Cosmic Bar Co. shall not be liable for failure to perform due to "Acts of God" (e.g., extreme weather, government shutdowns, or pandemics). In such cases, a service credit is typically issued in lieu of a refund.

 

10. Intellectual Property
All content is the property of The Cosmic Bar Co. and may not be used without written permission.

 

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
