    • Extra service hour: +$175
    • Glassware rental: +$150
    • Decor upgrade: +$125
    • Coffee Bar: +$200
    • Travel fee: $1 per mile outside Napa

  • Dry Bar Service: The Cosmic Bar Co. provides the expertise and essentials; the client is responsible for providing all alcohol.

  • What’s Included: Every booking includes professional mixers, fresh garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, and premium bar tools.

  • Transparent Pricing: Rates cover your professional on-site prep, setup, service hours, and teardown.

  • Securing Your Date: A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit (applied to your total) are required to confirm your booking.

  • Final Balance: Remaining payments are due 7 days prior to your event date.

  • Last-Minute Extensions: Additional service hours are available at the same hourly rate specified in your contract.
